Ruman, a Civil Engineer from SRM University decided to follow his heart when he pursued a career in photography and video content. Hailing from Hyderpora, a self-taught Freelance Photographer whose first big break was “Ganduk”, a feature film, written, shot and directed by Ruman himself. Since then, this 25-year-old has started online presence and advertising works.
“It all started at the college level. I realized what I wanted to do and where I wanted to be. As you can see, wedding photographs can be a nightmare if not done properly. 3 or 4 years from now, you want to look at those memories and you don’t have enough. That’s my effort, that’s what my work stands for. I want to make other’s memories beautiful”
Xulkarnain, 23, a resident of Chanapora alternates between his passion and studies. He is a B.com graduate from Amar Singh College aspiring to be a cinematographer. He has been a part of the serial promo by Star Plus. Also, he has worked with a Mumbai crew on a documentary “After Floods”, which is based on Kashmir floods, 2014 and has over 15K views.
“Back in 2011, my brother owned a DSLR camera. We used to click pictures just like that. I insisted my father on getting me a bike, he refused and instead decided to get me something much more valuable. It was a professional camera. For the first time I had it in my hand and I didn’t know what to do. But soon I realized I’m pretty good with Photography and I choose to do this”
Both of them have done their schooling from Biscoe. And today they stand as a team. Together, they started their venture of Master Visuals Studio. Besides wedding photographies, video content and documentaries, the two of them also make short films. The big dream is to make a Feature Film.
The duo has been unceasingly taking candid photography and cinematography to another level. Started as a passion and fun, their relentless efforts resulted in the formation of Master Visuals Studio.
